About us
Homes built with care, by people you can reach.
Barnomala Properties is the real estate company of Barnomala Group. We design, build and finish residential and commercial projects in Dhaka with our own architects, engineers and interior team.
01 Our story
We started with design. Now we build.
Barnomala Group started in 2018 as an architecture and interior design firm. Since then the team has completed more than 170 projects across Bangladesh, including homes, offices, hospitals, showrooms and resorts, for clients such as the University of Dhaka, Islami Bank, Pubali Bank and the Ministry of Finance.
Over the years the group added its own construction, engineering and material supply companies. Barnomala Properties brings these teams together to develop our own residential and commercial buildings, so one group is responsible for the whole job.
Barnomala means “alphabet” in Bangla. Letters come together to make words, and we think good homes work the same way: the right people in the right place. Hence our tagline: People | Places | Possibilities.
02 Vision
To be the developer Dhaka families recommend to their friends, because the home they received matched what they were promised.
03 Mission
To build safe, well-designed and fairly priced homes, with clear paperwork, honest timelines and our own teams on every site.
