Landowner FAQs
01 What is a joint venture with a developer?
You contribute the land and Barnomala Properties designs, finances and builds the building. On completion, you receive an agreed share of the finished apartments and/or a signing payment, as set out in the agreement.
02 Can I simply sell my land instead?
Yes. If you prefer an outright sale, we will make an offer based on a fair market valuation and complete the transfer through a transparent legal process.
03 Which areas are you buying in?
We are currently looking for land in Uttara, Bashundhara and Jolshiri. If your land is elsewhere in Dhaka, contact us anyway.
04 What documents should I prepare?
Typically the title deed, mutation (khatian) records, land tax receipts and a survey sketch. Do not worry if something is missing; our team will guide you.
05 Who builds the project?
Barnomala Group builds in-house: Barnomala Architects & Interior designs it and Barnomala Construction & Engineering builds it, so you deal with one accountable group.
