If you own a plot in one of these areas, you have two options:
- Sell the land to us at a fair market price.
- Develop it with us as a joint venture. We design and build a modern building on your land, and you receive an agreed share of the finished apartments.
What we look for
- Plots in Uttara, Bashundhara or Jolshiri (other parts of Dhaka can be discussed)
- Clear ownership documents
- Good road access

How the process works
- First conversation. You share basic details: location, size and road width.
- Site visit and valuation. We visit the plot and give you a fair, realistic valuation.
- Document check. We review the deed, mutation and tax records together, step by step.
